Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross has reportedly been indicted in his publicized case with a former groundskeeper.

According to reports, Ricky Rozay’s team is confident he will have the last laugh in this dispute.

Ross’ attorney, Steve Sadow, gave the court a heads up he believes Ross should be immune from criminal prosecution because the groundskeeper was committing felonies on Ross’ property — which means the rapper would be within his rights to beat up the man. Ross has claimed Jonathan Zamudio, the groundskeeper, was partying with cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the guest house of Ross’ Georgia estate. (TMZ)

Rick Ross’ publicized arrest on kidnapping charges went down last June.

According to sources, Ross was having work done on the property he bought in Fayette County. Ross allegedly got into a fight with one of the workers and pistol-whipped him. Ross’ bodyguard was also arrested. Both men are charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery. They will be held at the Fayette County Jail as they await an initial appearance and a bond hearing. (WSB-TV)

Ricky Rozay posted up pictures and provided an update on his status June 11 following a drug possession arrest.
