Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross recently spoke on his relationship with rap star Kanye West and hinted at the possibility of landing on his upcoming SWISH album.

Ricky Rozay said he could possibly have a collaboration appear on Ye’s long-awaited studio release.

“You never know what Kanye uses for his album until he makes that roll-out but me and Kanye have music in the vault. Where it lands? We’ll see.” (Rolling Stone)

Recently, G.O.O.D. Music president Pusha T spoke on Ye’s upcoming album.

“I haven’t worked on it at all, but everything I’ve heard is phenomenal and it has nothing to do with any of the other records that were released before. That’s all I can really say about it. He’s super meticulous about the messaging about his album but you guys are in for a treat.” (Rolling Stone)

Although brief with details, Yeezy promised fans could expect a “sonic-painting” when the album comes out last month.

“I don’t want to overly describe it or overly try to hype it up. I’ve been working slow. I had a while to work on it and I separated a couple of tracks – and gave them to other people like ‘Four Five Seconds’ to Rihanna and the joint on the Weeknd album, ‘Tell Your Friends.’ I [have] still kept working trying to find [what will appear] on my album. I’m just going into the lab every night. It’s sounding good, it’s like a sonic painting and it gets better and better every week.” (Real 92.3)

Recently, G.O.O.D. Music affiliate Travi$ Scott said the delayed solo effort would be worth the wait.

“And man, that Kanye album? OK. Let me hang up before it gets crazy! [laughs] That Ye album is nothing to sleep on and that Ye album is coming very soon. It’s lit. G.O.O.D. Music.” (Beats 1)
