After releasing three different versions of his mixtape cover art (above is the third, and final tweak) Rick Ross has also given Rich Forever an official release date and time, down to the minute. The new project is scheduled to hit the web at 3:05 on Friday (December 6). The exclusive countdown has already begun at LiveMixtapes. After the release of Rich Forever and God Forgives, I Don’t, expect a joint mixtape from Drake and Rick Ross titled Y.O.L.O., which the two have already begun recording. (RapFix)
In Ross’ recent cover art, he is seen draped in red.
Rick Ross reigns in red on the cover of his mixtape Rich Forever, dropping in the new year. Rozay sports a fur coat and his signature shades on the regal artwork. Hosted by DJ Scream and Shaheem Reid, the follow-up to 2010’s Ashes to Ashes and The Albert Anastasia EP will feature all-new material and serve as a precursor to his upcoming fifth album God Forgives, I Don’t. (Rap-Up)
The artwork came days after Ricky announced his mixtape’s official title.
“my new mixtape #richforever coming asap.,” he tweeted Friday (December 23).
“#richforever”
“I got the hustle of a 100 men. #RICHFOREVER.” (Rick Ross’ Twitter)
Rich Forever is slated to drop Friday, January 6th at 3:05 PM EST
