Rap star Rick Ross‘ ex-girlfriend Lastonia Leviston and G-Unit head 50 Cent‘s lawyer heated up a courtroom this week in a publicized sex tape case.

According to reports, Leviston and her attorney Philip Freidin argued Fif destroyed her reputation over a publicly released x-rated video in 2009.

“She dead,” 50 Cent says toward the end of the tape, which he narrated on his website. “She dead! … meaning he’s done destroyed her — destroyed her reputation,” Freidin said. Leviston quietly sobbed in the front row of the Manhattan Supreme Court courtroom as Freidin spoke, her shoulders shaking as she wiped her eyes with a tissue. Her aunt, sitting next to her, also teared up. (New York Daily News)

50’s lawyer also claimed someone stole the footage and released it before the G-Unit boss.

“Her life is better because she filed this lawsuit against Rick Ross’ rival,” said lawyer James Renard. The lawyer also argued that someone hacked into 50 Cent’s computer and stole the tape before he could post it. “The bottom line is, Mr. Jackson is not the one who first published it,” said Renard. Buzz about the lawsuit’s existence bubbled online a few weeks ago.

50 has filed a lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — in which he’s trying to deflect blame from himself for the video which now has millions of views. Lastonia Leviston has sued 50 claiming she was so distraught after 50 posted the video she contemplated suicide. But now 50 says Ross is actually the one who created the problem because he or one of his lackeys was first to post it … 50 just linked to it. 50 points to an interview Ross did with a radio station the day before the video was posted in which he said he was going to put the sex tape online. Back in 2010, 50 said he was confident in the faults on the plaintiff’s side.

“That wasn’t me, that was Pimpin’ Curly….a person tries to say, you’ve done a mental harm to them. Then they might want to consider the recordings of Rick Ross saying that she’s an actual call girl. Or the pamphlets that I’m showing in the tape, that’s saying that she’s available. So how distraught is she that a tape went out? They think I bought the tape, I didn’t even buy it.” (Miss Info)
