Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross is truly living the lifestyle of a certified boss after reportedly dropping millions to purchase the mansion of former boxing champion Evander Holyfield.
According to reports, the Atlanta, Georgia decked-out crib is now in Ricky Rozay’s possession.
If you were wondering if Rick Ross’ is really ballin’ wonder no more. Big man has just scooped up the house previously owned by Boxing legend Evander Holyfield. The mansion boasts 109 rooms and is an astounding 54,000 square feet. The house also sits on 235 acres that will have to be mowed. For entertainment, there is a bowling alley a movie theater and a stable, just in case Ricky Rozay wants to do some horseback riding. The dining room holds 100 people or 1 Rick Ross and 10 guests. The house was foreclosed on and the amount that Ross paid has not been revealed although Evander owed $14 million when he vacated back in July 2012. (Before Its News)
Reports also claim the “Bawse” will have to drop at least $1 million annually to maintain normal household costs.
The cost to run a house as big as this exceeds $1 Million dollars per year. So Ross will have to earn $1 million just to run the house, plus the house payment, living expenses, car payments and any other mortgages he may have on other homes. Suddenly that net worth of $28 million isn’t looking as big as it did before. (Before Its News)

Evander Holyfield’s holy-crap-that’s-huge former Fayetteville mansion is back on the market. Holyfield — Atlanta’s very own heavyweight champ — sold his insanely large 45,000 square-foot crib to a bank for $7.5 million last year, which, in actuality, was more of a bath than a champagne shower (considering he reportedly owed more than twice that on the property). Now it’s for sale again, at $8.2 million. As the “largest single family home in GA,” the 12-bedroom, 21-bath shrine to egomania’s listing notes that it’s “been featured on shows like Drop Dead Diva,” but makes no mention of the champ. The fact that it’s located at 794 Evander Holyfield Highway isn’t exactly inconspicuous. Built in 1994, it currently rests on more than 100 acres, which could’ve been sufficient for Holyfield’s 12 kids (and their six different mommas). (Atlanta Curbed)
Aside from the new crib news, Ricky Rozay’s upcoming Mastermind album will drop this spring.
Teaming with REVOLT to make the official announcement via a cinematic trailer, the Bawse will be unleashing his biggest album to date on March 4, 2014. The 47-second teaser clip directed by Hype Williams finds the Maybach Music head honcho setting the scene for an LP that many are already expecting to be his sixth consecutive masterpiece. It was around this time last year that Ross announced the title of the album, which was followed by new singles like “Box Chevy” and “No Games,” as well as an 8-city Mastermind Tour.
