Rap star Rick Ross‘ ex-girlfriend Lastonia Leviston has filed documents going after hip-hop heavyweight 50 Cent‘s lavish spending ways as she awaits a judgement from their sex tape case.

According to reports, Leviston is concerned Fif’s pricey lifestyle could ultimately hurt how much he owes her.

Leviston, who won a $7 million judgement from Fiddy, filed docs calling out the rapper’s legal team for dropping $57,241.76 on hotels alone while working on his bankruptcy case. Their legal research tab comes to $14,800.66, and a court reporter ran ’em $26,890. In the docs, Leviston calls these expenses unreasonable … especially since 50 Cent filed for Chapter 11 in July. Last July, a jury sided with Leviston in her publicized sex tape case against 50.

The jury announced the judgment in NYC on Friday. 50 already got hit with a $5 million judgment in the case earlier this month … which lead to him filing for personal bankruptcy. UPDATE: 50 Cent’s attorney has released a statement saying the rapper plans to fight the judgement hoping to “reduce the size of the award.” (TMZ)

During a court appearance in his sex tape trial, Fif denied living the lavish life he promoted on social media.

Taking the witness stand in Manhattan Supreme Court, the rapper said his claims about having a fleet of luxury cars on both coasts, loads of bling, and even making a $1.6 million bet on boxer Floyd Mayweather are all bogus. “It’s entertainment,” he said of the lifestyle he portrays in his videos and on social media. A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge previously ruled for his sex tape case to continue despite Fif publicly filing for bankruptcy.

Friday’s hearing before U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Ann M. Nevins in Hartford was at the request of Leviston’s lawyers, who wanted the punitive damages portion of the civil trial to continue. The jury that heard the sex-tape case will now consider punitive damages Monday. (Hartford Courant)
