Tori Brixx Spotted In Handcuffs
On Tuesday, pics surfaced online showing Brixx getting handled by law enforcement. Reports claim she assaulted a woman in a Los Angeles, California Target.

The woman’s daughter alleges Tori hit her mother in the face after they exchanged words on the check out line.
