Quan has put an immediate end to any perceived connection to the crime and promised to speak to the deceased fan’s family.

Quan tells TMZ … “It’s sad to hear that someone died especially during the holiday season. I just want everybody to know me nor anybody in my crew or affiliation had anything to do with the shooting in Ohio.” He adds, “We will be reaching out to the family of the deceased” City officials are reportedly calling for the state to strip Red Zone of its liquor license. Details of the fatal shooting spread across the Internet yesterday (December 23).

A man was fatally shot at a concert in a Downtown bar early yesterday. Jeremiah I. Frazier, 24, was at the Red Zone bar, 303 S. Front St., when he was shot about 2:30 a.m., Columbus police said. He was transported to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 5:21 a.m. Frazier’s family, who lives on Miller Avenue, declined to speak to a reporter, and police didn’t provide a motive or other details about the shooting. Coincidentally, gunfire went off when Quan performed at the venue back in November.

Frazier’s family, who lives near the bar, declined to speak to a reporter. Police didn’t provide a motive or other details about the shooting. Rich Homie Quan performed at the same bar last month and another man was shot. Freddie Johnson, Jr., 27, was shot twice in the back in the early hours of Nov. 10. (M Starz)

A few weeks ago, violence also rang out at concerts by Atlanta’s Lil Scrappy and Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill.

This incident comes weeks after six people were shot at separate Lil Scrappy and Meek Mill concerts. On Dec. 7, four people were left with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds after a Meek Mill concert in Delaware. It is believed that there were multiple shooters in this incident. Shots rang out at a Lil Scrappy concert on Dec. 6 as well. One person was killed and another was injured in a shootout that occurred outside of a Lil Scrappy concert at Dan Foley Park in Vallejo, Calif. Both victims were female. They were not believed to be the intended targets. (M Starz)
