Famous civil rights leader Reverend Al Sharpton is a true Dreamchaser. The iconic activist is putting together support for jailed hip-hop star Meek Mill weeks after he received a two-year prison sentence on a probation violation.
According to reports, Sharpton is expected to meet with Mill sometime Monday (November 27) in a prison outside of Philadelphia.
