New York rapper Remy Ma has plenty to smile about right now. The hip-hop veteran has come up victorious in a huge BET Awards category.
Matched up against stiff competition like Nicki Minaj and Young M.A, Remy won “Best Female Hip Hop Artist” at last night’s star-studded ceremony.
Remy Ma has since hopped on Instagram and reacted to the major win.
Earlier this month, Nicki Minaj publicly ripped Remy by performing diss songs at Atlanta’s Hot 107.9 Birthday Bash concert.
Days prior, Remy boasted about destroying Nicki after performing her hard-hitting “Shether” diss record at Hot 97’s Summer Jam concert.
“Pap. You know what’s so crazy? N*ggas say Pap is writing for me. First of all, my husband is dumb nice. Let’s just be clear on that – n*ggas ain’t never want to give him his props. I have been on every HipHop site to see what all the Nicki fans have to say, and not 1, posted anything about their girl losing. All they can say is that Remy acted childish, black people acting a fool, she is not classy, but they have forgotten all the shades Nicki have thrown Remy way before the awards. Nicki showing off that she about to ride on a G4 plane and people can’t spell and walk like her when you make it. After losing this one Nicki, your G4 plane might down grade to a G1. You are constantly losing.
