In celebration of his 18th birthday, the “Diving Board” rapper released his self-produced album, Learn 2 Swim.

Earlier this month, Redveil shared a special album preview titled “eighteen.” “Learn 2 Swim” contributes to its musical expansion.

The 12-track album is explained as a coming-of-age offering as Redveil takes on adulthood with the unexpected challenges of growing older within the public eye.  The album celebrates the strong Black role models he had growing up, the 2019 health struggles through which he gained a sharpened sense of artistic purpose, and the importance of resilience through every phase of life.

In the coming weeks, Redveil will join Freddie Gibbs, Zack Fox, and MIKE on their spring tour
Redveil doesn’t stop there – he will then hit the road with Denzel Curry on his MELT MY EYEZ, SEE YOUR FUTURE tour this summer.

Artists Celebrating Birthdays In April

Redveil shares his birthday this month with Lizzo who recently announced her shapewear line “YITTY” back in March. The pop star hit fans with exciting news earlier this month about the shapewear officially launching.  Lizzo didn’t stop there – the “Rumors” artist gave the world a sneak peek of her new album “SPECIAL” set to release later this year!

Veil also shares his April birthday with Houston rapper Travis Scott whose return to the spotlight is underway with the recent eye-catching rollout of massive billboards in California for his long-awaited album, Utopia. This would be the “Sicko Mode” rapper’s first album in four years and his fourth album overall. His last album was Astroworld.
