1. You have it all fucked up, you should watch the show and listen what to what Bill Maher and Cornell West said. He said he was acting like a thug in the store but still is human and like all humans we have flaws yet no one deserve to be shot down. Fuck SOHH for whoever wrote this bull shit.    • Im tired of white people referring to Blacks as thugs. Like, whenever we are accused of committing a crime we get the “thug” label. Would Bill Mahr say the Columbine killers were thugs? Or that Trayvon’s killer who had a rap sheet including battery on a police officer was a thug? Or the chief of police who made news for twice stealing gum from a gas station? Are they thugs? Whenever we commit a crime or run afoul of the law we are gangsters and thugs. Whites never use that label when the offender is white.

I’ve been saying this since this happened, the kid fucked up big time, in this instance, no matter what he did before every day of his life that may have made him a great guy, he fucked up big time on the day he died. Robbing the store, and then walking in the middle of the street after you do it calling attention to yourself from the cops? If you rob a store which you shouldn’t, you need to lay the fuck low; the only reason you should be in the middle street is to help an old person cross it.

There are white kids who pull pranks, steal, smoke weed, drink underage, sexual assault, and rape girls in high school. They just dont get shot down by police immediately after.

     • If that white kid fought a cop while being detained and got shot no one would think twice about it. He didn’t get shot for robbing the store or walking down the street, he got shot because he took the gamble thinking he could fight the cop and get away with it.

         • Saying he saw something not right in the car is not saying Michael Brown started or escalated a physical confrontation. It is saying something wasnt right but it doesnt place blame on either party.

           Plus I can counter that with the fact that multiple people said the cop began the exchange in an acrimonious way by yelling “Get the fuck on the sidewalk!” That in itself created an unecessary tension that was breeding grounds for a contentious exchange that would inevitably go south.

If a cop in his squad car shouted at you “get the fuck on the side walk” you sir would not take that as reason and actually start a physical fight with the cop. I would like to think you are smarter than that. Stop making excuses and look at the facts.

           One party to the incident in question says there was a physical fight with the other party in the car, which witnesses who have no stake in it attribute to seeing a scuffle and something that didn’t seem right. Now if you saw a scuffle or fight with a cop and another person in the back of a police car, would you not describe it as “something that didn’t seem right”?

           2) You still havent proved Brown actually started a physicalfight and you cant because you have no evidence or proof.
           3) Again, “not right” doesnt mean Brown started an altercation. That’s an extremely large and illogical leap.
