According to reports, CCR head Daniel Herman signed the hip-hop artist to his label and made sure his first order of business was going after Bynes.

Chinga Chang Records continues to get publicity around their association with Amanda Bynes. It’s still unclear whether the record label ever was in talks with the former child star — she denies it on Twitter and there are reports she’s close to a deal with Waka Flocka Flame. But, Chinga’s CEO Daniel Herman tells RumorFix that Amanda skipped a meeting with Wyclef Jean, so he stopped all negotiations with her. Chinga instead signed a new artist, Drock, who’s first single is a diss to Amanda called “Sour Patch Kid.” It’s an obvious reference to a video Amanda posted in April with the caption: “I’m Sucking On A Sour Patch Kid Listening To Music Getting Ready For Tonight” (RumorFix)

On the track, Drock makes multiple references to Amanda’s publicized actions like dissing fellow television actress Miley Cyrus.

Drock recorded a YouTube that explained his song and he addressed the former Nickelodeon star saying, “You didn’t event show up [for the Wyclef meeting]. That’s disrespectful … He’s a legend.” The rapper then blasts Amanda saying, “You are running around with some knuckleheads calling Miley Cyrus ugly and sh*t — she’s better than you. At least she’s confident. You running around getting all these surgeries – you have self esteem issues … you need a shrink.” The song has lyrics that address those issues: “She a bop beefin’ over a chick” is referring to how she is bullying Miley Cyrus, Herman tells us. ” Rip pounds … .sweetie go insane, then blow your brain, we know the game, about.change not fame” is referring to her seeking fame and drugs not making good music, adds Herman. A few days ago, Atlanta’s Waka Flocka Flame revealed his new working relationship with the 27-year-old actress.

Forget Wyclef Jean … Amanda Bynes is hashing out a record deal with rapper Waka Flocka Flame for her upcoming hip hop album — and Waka tells TMZ, it’s going to be legendary. Waka — who runs Brick Squad Monopoly records — tells us, the deal hasn’t been signed yet but it’s basically in the bag … in fact, he’s already hired people to start penning Amanda’s songs. Waka says he and Amanda FaceTime at least once a week and text every day — mostly about her rap career … but also about motivational stuff, like “keeping her head up from the haters.” (TMZ)

A business meeting set up by Chinga Chang Records between Bynes and music veteran Wyclef Jean was reportedly scheduled to take place last Monday (June 17) night.

Amanda Bynes is meeting up tonight with Wyclef Jean to discuss a possible album collaboration, Chinga Chang Records CEO Dan Herman–who will also be in attendance–exclusively tells E! News. “I think it would be perfect,” says Herman. “Linking the two of them will be something major.” Wyclef has been very “receptive” to the idea of meeting with Bynes to brainstorm ideas, Hermon says, noting that he’s confident such a pairing would be “great.” “This album is going to shock the world,” he adds. “She has such a great voice. Singers wish they could hit the notes that Amanda does.” (E! Online)
