G.O.O.D. Music president Pusha T‘s brother No Malice is all about the culture. The hip-hop veteran has weighed-in on King Push’s publicized war of words with rap heavyweight Drake.
New footage has emerged of No Malice speaking during a live stream about Drake going at his fam on the new “Duppy Freestyle” diss record.
“I think it makes for good hip-hop. I mean, this is an exciting moment for hip-hop, right? You know, what?”
This past weekend, Young Money’s Nicki Minaj referenced Pusha T throwing shade at Drake over his past ties to ghostwriter Quentin Miller.
Niggaz gon run that Quentin shit in the fkn ground like Drake don’t write 4 himself & OTHERS! Ya enemies will remix, reinvent & TRY 2make u RELIVE some old shit for YEARS 2 come when they have NOTHING ON U! Knock it off. Challenging the chosen ones only awakens the sleeping giant

Last week, Quentin responded to a line Drake made about him on his new “Duppy Freestyle” record.

On the freestyle, Drake makes a direct Q reference about his past employment.
“And as for Q, man I changed his life a couple times/N*gga was at Kroger working double time/Ya’ll acting like he made the boy when I was trying to help the guy/Yeah, who gassed you to play with me?\/Man, you made this sh*t easy as ABCs/Whoever supposedly making me hits, but then got no hits sound like they need me/My hooks did it, my lyrics did it, my spirit did it”
