"Power" actress Naturi Naughton knows she's a veteran in the entertainment biz. The popular crooner went online this week to reflect on her days in music group 3LW.

High-Key Details: Naughton reportedly left the group in 2002 following a massive food fight.
The three members of the band picked up food from KFC to eat. Then, during a heated argument, member Kiely Williams threw her food — which, as Naughton told Wendy Williams during her radio show, was “one of those big dinner plates with mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and, um, chicken, you know, the fried chicken” — at Naughton’s face. Naughton said her eyes were watering as the hot food spilled on her, traveling “all over my hair, my face, down my clothes.” And that was the moment she officially decided to leave. (The List)
