A representative for porn actress Mellanie Monroe has stepped forward to speak out.

Porn star Mellanie Monroe is terrified of ex-con rapper Maino and his associates after he was arrested Thursday on charges he attacked her outside a Meatpacking District nightclub earlier in the week. “She’s really afraid,” Walter Newsome, a member of Monroe’s legal team, told Page Six. “No one should ever have to endure such a barbaric attack.” (Page Six)

These nasty details hit the Internet earlier in the week…

Details of the nasty attack surfaced online early Wednesday (October 22).

The hip-hop star, whose real name is Jermaine Coleman, was in the car with porn actress Mellanie Monroe when she claims he started punching her and fled, according to law enforcement sources. The Bed-Stuy native, who had a hit single, “All the Above,” with T-Pain, was partying at the posh Griffin nightclub in downtown Manhattan on Monday with stars such as Ashanti and New York Knick J.R. Smith, a source said. (NY Post)

An Instagram clip of Maino at the club also popped up onto social media.

“Monday night is their industry night — they do hip-hop,” said one clubgoer who was at The Griffin. “Everyone at their table was definitely popping bottles.” The rapper can be seen on social media dancing and drinking inside the club while wearing a bejeweled crown on his head. “Nah Griffin wasn’t ready for us last night,” Maino’s friend Slowbucks wrote on Instagram. New York hip-hop artist Slowbucks posted up proof of Maino at the club onto Instagram.

  1. Brothers gotta control their tempers. If it gets to the point where you feel you have to hit her, LEAVE.

      • To be honest I shouldnt have even commented on this because I dont know the whole story. But if he did do it, the first thing we should NOT do is rush to his defense. Being drunk isn’t an excuse. When Solange went on Jay-z men werent excusing her actions. They were calling her ratchet and crazy.

        • I feel you. I am not excusing his actions at all just speaking on a reason why he maybe didn’t just walk away.

I think there’s a tricky issue in the law in which you can legally ingest a substance that makes you lose inhibitions and act crazy, but you get punished just the same as if you were clear headed and sober if you commit a crime under the influence. I don’t know what the remedy is but it’s just food for thought.

          • That’s true and a good point. Sometimes we conflate reason and excuse when the two are different.

What you said about the law is a valid point too. Definitely food for thought.

          • Not if you are white with connections in tx. That white guy killed a family of 4, injured one of his boys and paralyzed another friend of his, just walked away from the accident and was drunk ass fuck. He admitted he did it and got off with expensive probation! They said his sense of entitlement was a true condition and it was far more severe than his actions! Yell
