LA emcee Thurz just released a new Designer EP, which features BJ the Chicago Kid, Kent of OverDoz, Clyde Carson, TiRon and Ayomari and more. Thurz will perform at The Echo on November 13th alongside Run the Jewels and Mystery Skulls as part of Red Bull Sound Select Presents: 30 Days in LA.
The Designer EP has generated much buzz following the release of three singles from the album–“Perfect Words” (feat. Kelsey Bulkin) which showcased Thurz’s smooth and laidback style, “21” an upbeat party jam, and “Right Now” which featured his passionate and hard hitting lyrics that gave insight into the emcee’s personal life.
To accompany the EP, Thurz also released a “Love Spawns Creativity” animated video by Andre “Drekkid” Simmons which illustrates the story behind the album. (Press Release)
