OVO Sound’s PartyNextDoor isn’t letting an arrest report bring him down. The singer has come forward to address his headline-generating incident.
Early Saturday, PND jumped on Instagram to acknowledge his run-in with law enforcement.

This week, a report surfaced about PartyNextDoor getting busted in New York.
On Thursday, at approximately 9:30 a.m., New York State Troopers in Niagara County arrested Jahron Brathwaite, 24, of California, and Jerome Nevins, 24, of Ontario. They were charged with Seventh-Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge into Canada. State Troopers were called to the bridge to assist U.S. Customs and Border personnel. Brathwaite is a rapper better known by his stage name PartyNextDoor. (WIVB News)
PND received a ticket and is expected to appear in court at a later date.
Troopers had been called to the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge at the request of U.S. Customs and Border officials, who had reportedly found the Xanax and Oxycodone after stopping PND’s tour bus for a “secondary inspection” before allowing it into the U.S. PND allegedly had Xanax and Oxycodone on him, while Nevins only had Xanax. Both were given appearance tickets for Town of Lewiston court. (Complex)
Last month, new Drake music leaked online courtesy of New York Giants star Landon Collins.
Aubrey fittingly spits a football analogy on the string-driven track. “Like Sanders on the Detroit Lions, give you the run around and I bury you where they won’t find you.” Drake and Collins’ teammate, Odell Beckham Jr.’s friendship is well documented. So there’s a chance the wide receiver got his hands on the unreleased record and was playing it for the squad, and Collins just happened to capture the audio. (XXL Mag)
