Texas rap star Post Malone is taking his coronavirus quarantine time and using it for big things. The hip-hop entertainer is quietly piecing together a much-needed new solo album.
While everybody is on lockdown, Post’s longtime manager Dre London lit up Instagram to break the massive news. London hinted at a new album being in the works from Posty as he quarantines during the COVID-19 crisis.
“I’m sorry I can’t stay away from my brother Posty! I’ll take the chance! Tonight we made a smash on FaceTime now we gonna just go into Quarantine Album mode! If we don’t connect energy how the world gonna enjoy this summer? Let’s get it!! See you soon bro!”
Malone has low-key kept busy over the past few weeks. Recently, Post shared a bossed-up, caption-less flick hanging out with Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti.
In a recent interview, Malone hinted at his personal insecurity making him get face tattoos. The diehard Dallas Cowboys fan blamed his physical features for also motivating the decisions.
“I’m a ugly-a** motherfucker,” he says—and he suggests that his face tattoos might be a defensive strategy. “It does maybe come from a place of insecurity, to where I don’t like how I look, so I’m going to put something cool on there so I can look at myself and say, ‘You look cool, kid,’ and have a modicum of self-confidence, when it comes to my appearance.” (GQ)
Wait, There’s More
In mid-January, Post gave fans an up-close look at his facial features. Notably, Post Malone revealed his multiple face tattoos.
