Could Diddy’s nasty UCLA arrest have been a good thing for people trying to get their bodies in shape? It looks like the embarrassing kettlebell bust may have sparked a new workout craze. TMZ is once again on it:
The day after he got arrested … “The Diddy Workout” instantly became a thing for gym rats … who’ve taken to grabbing kettlebells, doing a few reps and belting out Diddy’s catchphrase … “take that, take that.” It’s as ridiculous looking as it sounds.
Based on social media, trainers are picking up on the craze … adding the “Workout” to classes. (TMZ)

Hasn’t violence reached an all-time high? Or maybe it just feels that way. Weeks after losing Chinx to gun violence, the same fate has been sealed for Louisiana rapper Young Ready. XXL Mag has the info:

Baton Rouge rapper Young Ready was killed in a shooting Tuesday (June 23) in Bogalusa. Ready—real name is Shannen Hudson—was one of two victims fatally shot in Louisiana. He would have turned 32-years-old on July 8. The second victim is 28-year-old Jare Stevenson of Baton Rouge, according to local NBC affiliate KPLC. (XXL Mag)
