In episode 1 of the inaugural season of New York Underground Kingz (NYUK) we are introduced to Osiris (also referred to as Khalid).
Osiris is the catalyst of the show who is dealing with extreme conflict due to his desire to transition from an unfulfilling street life into the patriarch of his household.
He attempts to legitimize and nurture his relationship with his longtime partner Cecilia while also pursuing his musical aspirations, but his deep-seeded roots in a life of crime doesn’t offer change without consequence.
This week’s episode finds Osiris in the middle of his balancing act, with him being late to a studio session and settling a grudge wit a street associate.
No thanks…same ol story dealer wants a turn around so he turns to hip hop / music where he can still salute the life but just not be in it…Boring

The visuals where good, it was shot like a movie. The characters are bizzzzare tho, on some next shit. Dude in the hotel was funny. Good first episode I’ll watch the rest of the series.
