Bobby has built an impressive Internet buzz that translated to real life stamps from the likes of Beyoncé (who smoney danced on stage at the MetLife); Jay Z (who gave him a lyrical shout out in concert); and Raekwon, Meek Mill, and Fabolous who have all brought him out at various shows. (BET)
Last weekend, Bobby surprised fans at the annual Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival in New York.
Known for ability to stay relevant, the Chef brought out three of Brooklyn’s current buzz makers: Bobby Shmurda, Troy Ave, and Papoose. But Raekwon’s set wasn’t limited to just new school rappers, as he brought AZ and Lil Fame of M.O.P. to perform “Life’s A Bitch” and “Ante Up,” respectively. Not to mention the fact that he also performed his own classics such as “Ice Cream.” (Complex)
