Wallace appeared on New York radio station Hot 97 and rapped over Roc Nation artist Jay Electronica‘s infectious “Exhibit C” tune.

CJ Wallace, who played his dad in the 2009 biopic “Notorious,” spit a freestyle over Jay Electronica’s “Exhibit C” and Jay Z’s “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)” earlier this week after an interview with HOT 97′s “Ebro in the Morning” radio show in New York. Wallace, who is now in a group called the Origami Prophets, spoke about his latest film project (“Kicks”) and being influenced by Curren$y, Big K.R.I.T. and Joey Bada$$ before he dropped his bars. The rap icon’s son enjoyed his graduation day alongside mom Faith Evans last summer.

Notorious B.I.G. might have been called a fool for dropping out of high school, but nobody can say that about his son … because Christopher Wallace Jr. is now a high school grad. Biggie’s only son graduated from St. Monica Catholic High School with mama Faith Evans front and center. Wallace Jr. was only a year old when his father was murdered. (TMZ)

Faith also jumped onto her Instagram page to applaud her son’s achievement.

“My first born son @cj_toa & I #proud,” Faith captioned to a graduation photo May 29.

Last year, buzz about a possible Notorious B.I.G. cartoon show featuring his daughter and son hit the Internet.

The children of late rapper Notorious B.I.G. will star in an animated series about maintaining the hip-hop legend’s New York City recording studio. Ossian Media announced Monday that “House of Wallace” will feature 16-year-old C.J. Wallace and 19-year-old T’yanna Wallace. The Notorious B.I.G., born Christopher Wallace, was shot to death in 1997. His character will appear in “spirit” and “guide them through the adversities they face” when trying to keep the Brooklyn studio open and out of a larger company’s hand. (Washington Post)
