[With the long-awaited Hot Tub Time Machine 2 movie in theaters today (February 20), star Craig Robinson recently told SOHH and select other media outlets about the greatness funnyman Adam Scott brings to the table.]
Adam [Scott] is a beast. I didn’t know him that well before the shoot. We had ran into each other a few times and knew each other’s work and had always said, ‘Man, we gotta do something together.’
So when he came onboard, it was like, ‘Oh yes!’ And then to see the character he played and to see his commitment, he plays this kind of nerdy, kind of simple dude. He just has this faraway look like he went somewhere else.
When I look at the movie, he just had this goofy look on his face. But anyway, it was fun. He came into the mix and we all got mixed up together and I think he and I have a love scene, so there you go!
