New York rapper Nicki Minaj is still sort of a big deal in 2018. The hip-hop diva has announced her latest music career accomplishment.
Onika went to Instagram to reveal she’s an officially Billboard Hot 100 slayer.
Nicki recently shared some behind the scenes footage from her and former labelmate Tyga‘s “Dip” music video.
Earlier the same week, Nicki celebrated their “Dip” video’s immediate success.
Last week, Tyga and Nicki dropped the unexpected visual to the masses.
Good for her. But left in the dust where? Whose on top of the billboard charts for 7 weeks now? #Bardie! No other rapper has done what she has consistently. Period! And she’s new to the game. Again good for Nicki, but she’s not leaving anyone in the dust with her low achieving entry (meaning lower than top 10). I hope she finally gets a #1 one day.

Those 100 entries are largely GUEST SPOTS, and when you’re the only one who’s the most prominent and nobody trying resurrect lil KIM or Trina and throw them a bone then of course you’re gonna be the go to female rapper for a guest spot. But just like Oprah said in the color purple “Sophia home now!” Other Girls will get their entries up too, if given the chance and Cardi is leading the way.
