Young Money’s Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill might not have a much-needed run-in at this weekend’s Made In America festival. The two-day event’s performance schedule has dropped and has them performing on separate days.
Barring any last-minute changes, Meek Milly is set to headline Saturday’s showcase while Nicki takes over Sunday.
Back in April, Nicki talked about dealing with Meek previously feuding with her labelmate Drake.
“It was one of the hardest parts of my career to date – ever,” Nicki said when asked about getting stuck in-between the 2015 feud. “At the time, I did love both of them. I couldn’t erase the love I had for my team. But I also couldn’t speak out. I couldn’t really say much.” (Beats 1)

Minaj went a little further to talk about Meek’s publicized jail situation on a probation violation.
“You know what, I don’t want to talk about legal things but I will say you know, every now and then, anyway, I won’t go there. I’ll save some of those things for my album and I’m also shooting a documentary. What I will say now is – oh God – I will say that the judge in question did everything I asked of her. I can’t badmouth her because I met her personally and I know what she said to us and he knows that but of course I wouldn’t wish jail on anybody. But like I said, I’ll get into detail on that in the documentary and possibly on the album but what I will say made me shed tears was seeing his mother cry. That was the first time I was like, ‘Oh my God, I can’t take it.’ During the relationship, she was so sweet to me and even at the end when we both kinda knew it was too rocky, too bad to – she always, always showed me so much love. So I still care about her. I didn’t like seeing her cry the other day.” (Beats 1)
