Young Money queen Nicki Minaj decided to tease fans over the weekend by releasing artwork for her upcoming The Pinkprint deluxe edition across social media.

Nicki jumped onto her Instagram page Sunday (November 2) night to deliver the cover.

Recent reports suggested Nicki’s newest album would miss its late November drop date.

Nicki Minaj’s highly anticipated third studio album, The Pinkprint, has been pushed back to a Dec. 15 release. (Billboard)

A few weeks ago, Nicki delved into her determination to be taken seriously as a successful hip-hop artist.

“At first, no one took me seriously,” she admitted to the publication while promoting her upcoming album The Pink Print. “In the world of rap, women are usually relegated to the choir.” She added, “I want to build my empire. In my field, I have always seen men do it—from Diddy to Dr. Dre to Jay Z. Now it’s a woman’s turn.” (E! Online)
