Young Money’s Nicki Minaj reportedly felt the emptiness of not having rap star boyfriend Meek Mill with her during a New Year’s Eve performance this week in Nevada.
According to reports, Nicki told Las Vegas concertgoers how much she missed Meek during a billed performance.
A spy tells us that during her performance at Drai’s Nightclub at The Cromwell in Las Vegas — in front of guests including actor Omar Sy — Minaj asked her DJ to play one of Mill’s tracks, saying, “Since my boo isn’t here with me tonight, y’all gotta show me some love on this one.” (New York Post)
Details about Meek having to fall back on their Las Vegas performance due to legal reasons surfaced online a few days ago.
Nicki Minaj’s rapper boyfriend Meek Mill was meant to play a New Year’s Eve show in Las Vegas with his superstar girlfriend, but will instead be in Philadelphia performing community service under the watchful eye of his probation officer, Treas Underwood. Mill’s been ordered to remain in Philly after a series of hearings in his hometown over violation of probation from a 2008 conviction, and been told by a judge to stay put till a Feb. 5 sentencing.
