Young Money‘s Nicki Minaj and Drake are going to get 2017 started off right with new projects gearing up to hit retail outlets. Young Money president Mack Maine has promised solo efforts from both YMCMB standouts are underway.
In a new interview, Maine said fans should expect to see Drizzy and Nicki come through with studio albums.
“Drake dropping top of the year. Nicki got some features that — I’ve been in the studio with her lately — that she’s just killing. She also gonna be working on her solo project and she’s dropping. … We got some sh*t in the chamber for y’all man. We gonna be all over your radio, all over your TV screen. If you got any problems with us, you not gonna be able to avoid us.” (REVOLT TV)
Earlier in the week, Minaj flexed her chart-topping “Side To Side” collaborative single’s success.
Last week, Minaj joked with fans about the status of a new album.
A few days prior, Nicki reacted to financial publication Forbes pumping up anticipation for her next album.
