Although brief with her words, Minaj summed up what her new solo release will come packed with.

“Yes, I’m selling an album,” Nicki said during her appearance on ESPN. “It’s like an emotional love story and it’s all these amazing things I’ve been going through last year put on one album. [Will it be a real album?] Absolutely. And you’ll love it.” (ESPN)

According to reports, Nicki’s team tried to patch up the album’s release following a leak earlier this week.

Fans rushed to listen to and download the tunes, which include a new collaboration with Beyonce, titled “Feeling Myself,” but her label reps have moved quickly to get the unauthorized tracks taken down from a number of online sources by filing copyright complaints. A message posted on Audiomack.com, in place of a stream of the superstar duet, reads: “This song has been removed from audiomack due to a DMCA complaint.” (San Fran Gate)

Barring any changes, the new project will come stacked with 19 tracks.

Recently, Young Money boss Lil Wayne said Nicki was going back to her lyrical hip-hop style on her upcoming The Pinkprint album.

“Her going back to her roots. Bar for bar straight lyrical content. Honestly, don’t know what to expect because she can be unpredictable at times when she gets in the studio. She’s grown a lot. The last album was showing her versatility—how she can make a straight hood/club banger and at the same time, still be dominant in the pop industry. Now that she has tested the waters all she’s doing now is going back to where she enjoyed best.” (Complex)
