New York rapper Remy Ma is all about unity. The hip-hop veteran has social media’s attention after hooking up with Brooklyn diva Lil’ Kim.
Remy jumped on Instagram Wednesday (September 13) with pics of herself and the Queen Bee.
Kim also lit up her Instagram feed with shots alongside Remy.
Recently, female rapper Trina explained why she could not co-sign Remy and her rap rival Nicki Minaj’s publicized feud.
“I don’t get into all that – people always try to put women against each other. It’s more of that than trying to unite together because people definitely love to see more of a unity than a separation but in this generation, we don’t have that. We have too many envious, hateful people that would rather see a divide. I don’t know why. I see so many dudes that work together and don’t even like each other – why separate the women from doing that? I don’t like that. That’s something I don’t like.”

In late August, Remy’s longtime mentor Fat Joe talked about the epic rap beef.
“Why we getting into this? We got number one songs. Why we getting into the beef? That’s not cool. I beefed with 50 Cent for seven years. I was like, it’s not a go. But one day I woke up – I woke up in Vegas, I had a show in Vegas and that night I drank too – I woke up and the whole world was calling me. I’m looking at my phone and this ‘Shether’ thing – never heard it. And then I heard it like you. And I was like, ‘Oh my God! Can’t nobody come back from this one – I just didn’t want the rap beef regardless. I knew what she did, she did her thing, but I know nobody could come back from that.” (Power 106 FM)
