New York rapper Nicki Minaj isn’t playing around. The hip-hop diva has stepped up to announce she’s suing a TV news reporter.

Onika hit up social media Tuesday (December 11) to let loose on entertainment personality Jesse Palmer for allegedly lying about her during a broadcast.

Last night, reports emerged about mystery man Kenneth Petty‘s past.

According to court records obtained by TMZ, Petty was convicted of first-degree attempted rape in 1995 as prosecutors claimed he used a sharp object when he tried to force the teenage girl to have sexual intercourse. He served almost four years in a New York state prison for the crime. After he was released, Petty was convicted of first-degree manslaughter and served seven years, according to TMZ.
