Hollywood actor Nick Cannon isn’t backing down. The hip-hop entertainer has come forward to defend putting out a hard-hitting diss record aimed at music rival Eminem.

On Monday, Nick went to Twitter and claimed Em’s lawyers had already reached out to him over his new “The Invitation” battle song.

On Monday, NC shocked the world by putting out a super personal diss record aimed at Slim Shady.

Heading into the weekend, Cannon celebrated rapper Fat Joe‘s new Family Ties album and also called out Em following his appearance on the “Lord Above” song.

On the record, Em specifically takes a shot at both Nick and his ex-wife Mariah Carey.
