"America's Got Talent" host Nick Cannon is reportedly piecing together a new album and will reference his publicized split from R&B diva ex-wife Mariah Carey.
According to producer Mally Mall, Nick may have some less-than-friendly things to say about his ex-love.
Mally Mall dropped one on us at LAX Wednesday … saying he’s doing an album with Nick Cannon next year and there are references to Mariah Carey … some of which are NOT flattering. The mega hip-hop producer first made it sound like Nick played nice in describing his relationship, but then he half took it back and said Nick’s comments will be “controversial.” (TMZ)

In October, Nick revealed there were plans to reunite with Carey for family time on the holidays.
Speaking to U.S. talk show host Meredith Viera on Friday (24Oct14), he explains, “(I’m) just staying focused on family and what’s right and getting through these times and just doing what’s right for the kids… “They’re just happy. They love mommy, they love daddy. We’ve always been people who are kind of on the go, coming and going, so their life hasn’t changed one bit. We spend holidays together, we do everything that we’re supposed to do together.” (Hollywood)
Recent reports claimed NCredible client Amber Rose and Cannon linked up for an event over the fall.
Nick Cannon stepped out to support model Amber Rose at the XXIV Karat Sparkling Wine Launch party in LA on Thursday night, further fueling speculations that the two may be an item. “They were sitting very cozy in her booth. He wouldn’t take pictures with her. He said it was her night, but clearly he didn’t want to because he didn’t want people to speculate on their relationship.” (In Touch Weekly)
Recently, Rose dismissed Cannon hookup gossip and spoke on her pending divorce from rap star Wiz Khalifa.
“I was like, ‘D*mn, Nick, that’s cool for you, but it ain’t happening.’ I’m focused on my son and my work. I really don’t have time for a man. I’m going through a divorce and technically I’m single, but I’m just not ready for [that].” (People)
