Detroit rapper Dej Loaf might have love on her mind after sending a flirty message to fellow Midwest hip-hop artist Lil Durk this weekend.
Screenshots of Dej and Durk exchanging a couple love-filled messages surfaced Sunday (October 11).
Loaf recently talked about her status in the rap game and explained how she wanted to create a legacy.
“I’m Dej Loaf, I’m here to stay. You’ll be seeing me more,” Dej said in an interview with entertainment personality Nardwuar. “I care about music, I care about making a difference. I really love this sh*t. I want it forever. You should care because I care. A lot of people are in it for different reasons. I’m in it to make it better and to be [great] – make hip-hop better and stamp my name in the game as one of the greats, that’s why they should care.” (“Nardwuar”)
Loaf won fans over after performing at New York radio station Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam concert last summer.

Earlier this year, Dej dished on rapper Lil Wayne speaking up for the guys by remixing her “U, Me & Hennessy” song.
“It’s really like a personal song. Some songs don’t need to be touched sometimes, and if it was going to be touched, I wanted it to be great,” she says. “So he did a great job – I was going crazy.
