Louisiana rapper NBA YoungBoy is going to have to wait a little longer before tasting freedom. New reports claim the hip-hop rookie is still behind bars after recently getting arrested on a felony charge.
According to reports, law enforcement have moved YB to another jail and taken away any chance to have a bail bond set.
The 18-year-old rapper’s been transferred to Georgia’s Ware County Jail — where he got a new mug shot — and faced the judge. TMZ broke the story … YoungBoy was busted Saturday night in Tallahassee on a kidnapping warrant, related to the attack on his gf, Jania. He’s currently facing felony kidnapping and aggravated assault charges. (TMZ)
This week, the rapper’s mom came forward to provide a small update on his situation.
“What I’m supposed to be doing? Sitting in the f*cking cell with him? Get your a** out my f*cking life – we can’t get him out right now so what the f*ck are we supposed to do?” You wanna know what’s going on, I’m sitting here telling you.”
Last Sunday, NBA YoungBoy’s Instagram Story provided an upbeat update on his condition.
A few days ago, the rapper’s girlfriend Jania publicly addressed some disturbing footage and said NBA did not actually attack her.
“I was pulling him. That’s just us. That’s how we like to play. And, um, Kentrell always asks me if I’m ready to go home. He always asks me. ‘Nia, you ready to go home?’ I don’t wanna go home. I like being with him. So, if I was being held under my will, wouldn’t that mean that he’s didn’t ask me that? Kentrell asks me that all the time. So kidnap? F*ck no. Nobody getting kidnapped. Has he ever put his hands on me? F*ck no. Do we play a lot? F*ck yeah. We 18. We’re 18. What do y’all expect? What do y’all expect? So yeah. Mind y’all business. Get y’all some business. Think what the f*ck y’all want, nah, don’t think what the f*ck y’all want because y’all making false allegations. Yeah. We good. I promise y’all that.”
