According to reports, the two women are trying to prevent the other from scooping up additional money from Dogg’s estate.

Two of Nate Dogg’s baby mamas are trading legal blows over child support payments … with one trying to block the other’s attempt to get more money from his estate … TMZ has learned. According to docs filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rhoda Mouton is asking a judge to deny Omena Norris‘ request for an increase in support for the child she had with Nate back in 2006. In the docs, Mouton (who has a teenaged son with Nate) claims Norris lied in her filing when she said her son received no Social Security payments from Nate’s estate … arguing that Norris and her son receive $694/month. Despite the messy situation, a judge has yet to rule on the matter.

Mouton claims since Norris lied about that — and since she never adequately states why she needs her support bumped up to $1,846/month (from $1,624) — the judge should toss the request out entirely until Norris can file a new (and correct) request. Mouton even takes it a step further, and says the judge should cut Norris’ support all the way down to $802/month. A judge has yet to rule. (TMZ)

Last July, reports flooded online in relation to his six children arguing over $200,000 in real estate.

When hip-hop singer Nate Dogg died last year, he didn’t have his affairs in order. There was no will and no instructions as to how things should be divided amongst his children and other surviving relatives. just as a family feud started brewing, a lawyer was hired to handle the legal wrangling. According to documents filed in L.A. Superior Court, Nate Dogg’s Pomona, California home was appraised and said to be worth $350,000. When Nate Dogg passed, he still owed $150k in mortgage payments. The documents also name Nate’s six children – 2 boys and 4 girls – who will inherit their father’s estate. Along with the $200k in real estate, the children will get all of Nate Dogg’s money made off his music catalog. (Black America Web)

Recently, West Coast rap veteran Warren G named Nate SOHH Underrated.

“I think Nate [Dogg] was underrated as far as being a “song writer” because a lot of people didn’t know he could write songs better than he could write a hook. And a lot of people thought, “Okay, well, let’s just have Nate sing the hook.” But with me and him, we would do a “song.” He was really singing. People can hear that on our records and G Funk Classics. They heard that. He wrote songs and people don’t understand that.” (SOHH Underrated)
