Rap veteran Nas came through big for Throwback Thursday. The hip-hop stud dug deep and shared pics of New York’s biggest music icons.

Nasty Nas jumped on Instagram Thursday with a slew of dope shots of hip-hop legends like Eric B. & Rakim and Roxanne Shante.

Outside of dropping pics, co-signs, Nas has kept busy this week teasing fans about possible new music.

Hours prior, Nas tossed up a couple new pics and promised he had a fan-inspired song in the works.

This week, Nas hooked up with music hitmaker DJ Khaled and rap star Travis Scott.

In a recent interview, Nasty Nas teased the idea of fresh tunes arriving this summer.

Another beat played, and Nas nodded his head. “Oh, this is a knockout,” he said. “This is dope,” Mr. Seymour added. “We coming this summer, baby!” Nas yelled. “It’s going to be a hot summer up here, man!” (New York Times)
