G-Unit head 50 Cent could be laughing straight to the bank soon after revealing how much money he bet on his hometown New York Rangers winning the Stanley Cup. #WinningBet
According to reports, Fif believes the Rangers can pull off an impressive finals win against the Los Angeles Kings.
“I think it will be so exciting for everyone to watch, regardless if they’re hockey fans or not,” 50 Cent astutely told Big Boy in the radio spot. To play up the New York, Los Angeles rivalry, Big Boy asked 50 Cent if he would be willing to make a bet on the series. Big Boy challenged 50 to a $10,000 bet and after a few seconds of pause, the rapper agreed. There was a hand shake, so this is a done deal. This bet was made on Friday. I’m guessing no one happened to inform Fitty that the Rangers were already trailing the series 1-0. (CBS Sports)
Despite siding with the local team, Fif vouched his respect for Kings fans.
