Grammy-winning rapper Ludacris may have some competition on his hands when Fox’s “Empire” returns for season two next month with the addition of fellow Southern hip-hop artist Pitbull to the cast.
According to reports, the Miami native will act and show off his rapping skills this upcoming season.
On Thursday, Fox announced that pop sensation Pitbull would be the latest celebrity to guest-star on Empire. Unlike many other musician-actors who appeared on the first season, he’ll get to play himself, and perform the song “No Doubt About It” with Jussie Smollett‘s character, Jamal. (Vulture)
