Reality TV star Toya Carter is back on her mommy duties. The mother to Lil Wayne‘s daughter Reginae Carter has welcomed her newest mini-me Reign Ryan Rushing.
Toya went to Instagram Thursday (February 8) to break the news to her 5 million followers.
In late September, Toya went public about her rumored pregnancy with a cinematic announcement.
A few days prior, buzz developed about Toya possibly having a baby on the way.
