Washington, DC native Fong Sai U isn’t having it. The rap veteran has released a new diss song aimed at rap newcomers Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Yachty.

Fong has put out his new hard-hitting “A Time To Kill” diss record aimed at the hip-hop artists.

Fong has since hit up SOHH to explain where the unexpected diss track stems from.

“I made the record because the disrespect is getting out of hand,” Fong told SOHH. “Especially when it’s people that inspired people around the world to do music. You don’t have to like them, h*ll some of them ain’t dope, but it’s the respect level. Enough’s enough.” (SOHH)

This week, DJ Premier and Lil Uzi Vert spoke amid brewing beef speculation.

A couple days ago, Top Dawg Entertainment rapper Ab-Soul allegedly fired a shot at Uzi Vert on social media.

Some media outlets believe Ab’s remarks stemmed from Uzi Vert not rhyming over a Premo instrumental.

Soul-O is referencing an interview Uzi did with Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning (included below) in which the “Money Longer” rapper refused to freestyle over the beat for Gang Starr’s “Mass Appeal.” “Oh he making me rap on that?” Uzi says when Ebro mentions the track. “I’m too young, I’m not into that.” Later on, when the discussion gets back to freestyling, Uzi says, “I’m telling you right now if you pull up one of them old beats I’m not rapping on it.” (XXL Mag)

    • Im 31 and a fan of the golden era. This song is not worth a second play. Wasn’t even worth the first play I gave it.

    • This track is actually decent.  Sure he’s not Royce, or Black Thought with the lyrics, but he gets his point across, and the beat is nice.
