A lot of artists partook in the Money Challenge over the weekend, spelling a word on the floor using dollar bills. The challenge started when Lil Durk said “Hurry Up” in a reply to NBA Youngboy with the Instagram caption “We color blind but see red."

Other celebrities, such as Coi Leray, Fivio Foreign, Yung Mami, and many more participated in the challenge as well. The challenge also sparked a debate on who started the trend between Soulja Boy, and 50 Cent. Soulja Boy is no stranger to claiming he was the first to do something, showed a video he made in 2016 for the song “Stacks On Deck.”

It should be noted that Chief Rocker Busy Bee Starski is the TRUE originator of the Money Challenge from the 1982 Hip-Hop movie, “Wildstyle.”
