R&B singer Mila J continues to build a strong buzz with her mixtape, and by lending her vocals on hit singles.
Her most recent cover is a tribute to the late, great Prince’s ‘Erotic City’. While many tributes to the music legend have been circulating as of late, Mila J has a bit more of a special connection to Prince. At the age of seven, she appeared in the video for ‘Diamonds and Pearls,’ an honor that many could only dream of. That’s not all, in addition to basically growing up in the era where Prince ruled the entertainment world, he ended up sampling one of her songs in 2014, which was even more amazing than being featured in one of his most popular videos early on.
