Migos Tour Bus Run-In W/ Cops Ends In Huge Bust & Arrests

Atlanta trio Migos came “this” close to landing in handcuffs a few hours ago. New reports claim the hip-hop stars’ tour bus drove into trouble after a North Carolina law enforcement run-in.

Thursday (April 5) night, cops seized marijuana and arrested three Migos affiliates following an Appalachian State University’s Holmes Convocation Center concert as the bus left the venue.

Cops then pulled the bus over on North Carolina Highway 105 and searched, at which point one Migos entourage member, Jharon Ahmad Murphy, was arrested, and two others, Daryl Irvon McPherson and Dominic Kevin Spigner, were issued citations for drug-related offenses. According to police, 420 grams of marijuana, 26 ounces of codeine and some Xanax were seized. (Page Six)

Additional details have also surfaced on the severity of charges handed out.

Murphy was later charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell, along with misdemeanor possession of codeine. McPherson was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and codeine, while Spigner was charged with misdemeanor possession of Xanax. (Page Six)

Earlier this week, Migos and rap newcomer Cardi B released their new “Drip” collaboration.

The history-making Bronx rapper dropped “Drip,” which sees her reunite with Migos, who she previously joined forces with on the trio’s Culture II track “MotorSport,” which also featured Nicki Minaj. Cardi, Offset, Takeoff and Quavo take down the doubters and haters on the new Cassius Jay-produced track. (Billboard)
