Atlanta rapper Quavo is getting closer and closer to escaping a nasty jewelry altercation case. A new report claims the Migos group member might avoid serious charges following the alleged Grammys attack.
According to reports, Quavo’s accuser has decided to stop working with law enforcement after seeking police last month.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the investigation into whether Quavo attacked Eric the Jeweler after the Grammys has stalled because the alleged victim has stopped cooperating with police. We broke the story … Eric initially told the NYPD that Quavo and another man jumped him at a Grammys after-party when Eric started talking smack about an alleged $10k debt Quavo owed him for some jewelry he’d provided. Recently, buzz developed about possible romance brewing between Quavo and model Bernice Burgos.
The gorgeous model was spotted out with Migos rapper, Quavo, 26, on Jan. 14. The pic posted by, Tea Tenders LLC, shows Bernice and Quavo looking pretty comfortable inside a crowded club.
