Buzz about Offset appearing in court Friday (December 4) bubbled online earlier in the week.

Offset, the Migos rapper who’s been locked up since April, is demanding his release … saying prosecutors’ “evidence” he stirred a jailhouse brawl just doesn’t add up. Offset and his attorney will present their case in a bail hearing on Friday, which will be his FOURTH attempt at getting released. We’re told they’ll say there’s no evidence to even support a trial, much less hold him without bail for 233 days. (TMZ)

Back in October, the Migos group member had a bail request denied.

For the third time, Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. “Robbie” Turner has denied bond for a rapper being held in jail for drugs, guns, battery and other charges. Kiari Cephus, 23, of Brooks Forest Drive in Lawrenceville, also known as “Offset,” a rapper with the group Migos, appeared in court Oct. 9 to seek bond for the third time since his arrest on drug and gun charges. Offset requested to be released on bond because he did not pose a real threat earlier this month.

Offset was in court in Georgia on Friday to take another shot at convincing a judge to let him out on bond … something he was denied because of his felony record. However, Offset claims he was painted as a gang member by the prosecutor just for being in Migos. The prosecutor says Offset’s “gang-related tattoos” on his body clearly show he’s the CEO of the Black Migos Gang. Big mix-up according to Offset who says Black Migos Gang is just a record label.
