Meek Mill’s Coming Through For TIDAL In A Big Way Tomorrow

Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill is really holding down JAY-Z‘s TIDAL in a big way. The hip-hop star will help launch radio veteran Angie Martinez‘s new “One of One” series.

According to a new report, Meek is slated to speak one-on-one with Ang Tuesday (May 8) at noon and have the entire show live-streamed on TIDAL.

Further expanding its growing original content network, global music and entertainment platform TIDAL is excited to announce, One of One, an exclusive new series of interview specials hosted by multimedia icon and host, Angie Martinez. Kicking off with a live interview with Meek Mill, the series will focus on the unique successes that make artists, athletes and today’s most culturally influential people “One of One.” Through in-depth discussions, Martinez will dig deep, beyond the hard work, talent, and occasional luck, to identify the intangible and unique characteristics that have allowed these individuals to achieve greatness in their respective fields.

The hip-hop superstar is expected to speak on everything from his social activism to his rags to riches story.

For the debut episode, Martinez will sit down for an in-depth interview with critically-acclaimed Philadelphia artist, Meek Mill. Following a decade long battle with the broken justice system, Mill’s recent release underscores his long history of success through adversary circumstances. One of One will give Mill the platform to tell his story, share the experiences that have gotten him here today, and discuss how recent experiences will affect new music and social activism.

Both Meek and Angie have confirmed the big interview on their social media pages.

After turning 31 this past weekend, hip-hop stars T.I. and Juelz Santana acknowledged Meek’s birthday.
