Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill is never one to just fall back when he gets name-dropped. The hip-hop star has come forward to respond to hitmaker Young Chop calling him scary.

Big Facts

On Wednesday, Meek Milly hit up Twitter to defend his image. Mill responded to Chop’s ‘scary’ reference by saying he’s having some mental issues.

“It’s obvious Chop having some mental issues. Y’all be gassing stuff so much y’all just gone ignore it! I been getting beats from him for years. Hope he get well.”

High-Key Details

The playful drama originated after Chop went on an Instagram Live session with Philadelphia rapper Gillie Da Kid. Young referenced Meek along with some other rap artists he finds scurry.

“That boy really scary like that though,” said Chop during the live-stream about Meek Mill. Gillie Da Kid was perplexed as to what he was hearing, trying to convince the producer that the Philadelphia rapper isn’t really that bad. Chop then went on to name-drop people like Lil WayneFrench Montana, 21 Savage, Cassidy, and others as equally spooky figures. Meek Mill has since responded to the claim. (HNHH)
