Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill and DJ Khaled are saluting the biggest bawse. The hip-hop duo have celebrated Rick Ross after he struck a big plea deal this week in court.

Meek Milly and Khaled both went to Instagram Monday (April 4) with Ricky Rozay posts.

Yesterday, reports surfaced about Ross accepting a plea deal in his publicized kidnapping case.

Under the deal, Ross pled no contest to 1 felony count of aggravated assault. The other felony charges were dropped. Ross was sentenced to time served in jail — he had been locked up for a week. He was also ordered to pay a $10,000 fine. Now here’s the sweet part of the deal for Ross. He’s being sentenced as a first time felony offender … that means when he pays the $10k fine — which he’ll do Tuesday night — the conviction is erased from his record. (TMZ)

District Attorney Ben Coker has since addressed the Bawse’s appearance.

“The defendant was sentenced by Judge Sams to a total of five years on probation with conditions, including a search clause, no drugs or alcohol, anger management, no contact with the victims and no possession of any firearm,” Coker said. “The resolution to the case was reached after discussion with the prosecution team, victims and law enforcement. It was the best resolution to the case considering the facts and circumstances at hand.” (The Citizen)

Last month, Ricky Rozay also appeared in court to deal with his case.

Metro Atlanta resident and rapper Rick Ross appeared in a Fayette County courtroom Friday for a kidnapping and assault case. Ross, also known as WIlliam Roberts, claims he was defending himself during an incident that resulted in his 2015 arrest. Prosecutors charged the rapper and his personal manager, Nadrian James, with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and kidnapping after workers Leo Caceres and Jonathan Zamudio said the pair pistol-whipped and beat them at Ross’ house.
